Ok, so at first I was skeptical. I had ordered a bed and dining room set and when it was delivered there was damage to the table. The original claim was being denied by Ashley and that was when I expressed my concern with Claire (representative for Atlantic Bedding claims). I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received from her. Not only did she handle my claim efficiently, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I was treated fairly and well taken care of. Being in a customer service position myself, I make future purchase decisions based off my customer service experience. Claire has definitely made me feel valued as a customer and has solidified the relationship between Atlantic Bedding and Furniture and myself. Just wanted to take a second out of my day to make sure she was noticed for a job well done!
I like the prices and I liked the deal I got from Mark. He was very nice and professional. The only complaint I have is it took a month to receive my things. Was told 2 weeks.. but if you read at the bottom of the receipt it says 2 to 8 weeks. I'm happy it wasnt the 8 week wait.. but it definitely sucks to have to wait so long after paying for it. Also, when told I would get a call back 3 times I did not receive any call those 3 times I was told I would.
We are repeat customers and LOVE this place. They closed the Wilmington location but the prices are so worth the hour drive. Mark, our salesman was so responsive and quick when I emailed him nonstop yesterday!
Absolute wonderful experience. The staff is amazing and so is the quality of the furniture for extremely reasonable prices. I am beyond pleased with my purchase.
