I bought a bedroom suit that was supposed to "include" 2 nightstands. One was in stock and the second was on back order. After 6 months the second one came in and we picked it up in the box. Since it was already paid for there was no payment needed. When we took it out of the box, at our house, it was not correct. We took it back and got a receipt showing it was incorrect and paid for. 2 months later (now 8 months) the actual one we bought came in. After some dirty sales techniques we were told we had to pay for this one. We were left with no other choice then pay for it, because we wanted one that matched. Save your time and money and don't do business with this company.
Gotta Great Deal! Really Nice and they weren't pushy! I bought my son a bedroom suit some years ago. It was great quality stuff for the price. Believe it or not, everything has held up great and it all looks almost like it did the day we bought it. (solid wood). I would do business with them again.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! We needed a bed and got one, just not what salesman Bob sold us! Bob sold us what we thought was going to be a Sealy Beauty rest mattress and box spring. When we arrived to pick up our mattress suddenly they did not have them in stock. We should have gotten our money back however the owner of the Rose Brothers store was there and not our salesman. it was a very shady transaction. The owner of Rose Brothers and that they are a partner store. really bragged how his store was better. he seemed to be doing everything in his power to not have to return our money even when we suggested to him to refund our money. All of a sudden he had the workers who at this point 30mins later were all standing around trying to figure out another way to get us out of there with out our money. We ended up leaving there with a bed that we are not thrilled about! Needless to say the rest of our house will be furnished by another facility, NOT ROSE BROTHERS OR ETHRIDGE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
I bought two bedroom sets and a living room set from there, got a great price. When I realized that I needed a queen bed and not a full they switched it for me without even charging me extra. The delivery guys were great and quickly put together everything for me. The salesperson was very friendly and remembered me a year later when I came in to get more furniture! I checked out the other furniture stores in Jacksonville and Etheridge is by far the best for quality and value. 12 months later and everything still looks new despite a house full of kids and pets.
I got a whole bedroom set at an insanely low price. They arent joking when they say sale. The service was great really friendly with me and my two kids.
