I so wish I could give negative stars. We got an entire living room set from them. The couches were damaged when we got them but being under warranty we sent them to be repaired. For 6 months it has been constant back and forth sending pieces back, one piece they kept for 2 months! We get it back and it wasn't repaired and had a NEW rip in it. After 6 months we just gave up...we got so sick of not having something to sit on. We told them we were going to complain to the base (THEY SHOULD BE BLACK BALLED) and Better Business Bureau, they said they would compensate us for our time and frustration. They offered a $50 discount for a future purchase. HA! Never shopping there again.
