The prices was cheap but good quality and the workers was so nice
In simple terms, I will not do business again with this organization. Owner is a gentleman and I appreciate that but the sales staff that I had the unfortunate pleasure in dealing with. To be talked down to and not listened to regardless of where we are at in the process of rectifying the issue....unprofessional. If she were at my business...immediate termination...or immediate retraining. Uncool. The scooter I bought did not work (idle never worked and always cut off along with a now deader than dead battery) and the whole time I was under the impression there was no warranty. All sales were final. Maybe that was miss communication as well. The scooter is just a smidge over a month old and driven (with heavy manipulation of the throttle and a million kick starts...good workout) maybe 10 miles. So I paid over $100 a mile. I'm a smuck! Lesson learned. Not looking for a refund...just gonna get my scooter fixed and running right or shoot it outta a canon for Fourth of July.

They have pretty decent prices, but some of the sales people can be a bit pushy
I bought A tv stand (in store) and I ordered a sectional and a end table set. When I first receive the TV stand it was very damaged so I sent pictures to my salesperson and he said they'll only be able to take off $30 -_- so I said fine, whatever I'll deal with it. 3 weeks later I called to ask about my sectional and I was told that it wouldn't be in for another week. So after 4 weeks I finally received my sectional but not my end tables. Two weeks after that, I received a call asking if I still wanted the end tables... Umm obviously, Im basically already paying for them. I've been calling almost everyday and they keep saying they'll have the manager give me a call.At this point I'm ready to give everything back. This started end of September and here we are the first week of December and I'm still missing my tables. The holiday season is almost over and I still have an incomplete house. Then they had some nerve to call me because I was 2 days late with my payment. I will never order anything from them again.
