Sucks ass never know whats going don't really listen at all highly not recommended always waiting

Don't waste your time. The doctors will just give up on you. Therapist are good.

I cannot say that all Port therapists and employees are lazy and horrible. However, I can say that I have seen people treated so horribly by a smart ass and cold sorry excuse for a human being that works at the front desk be so rude to people who have come in looking for help with drug addiction that after having to deal with her, the person, persons have said ( why am I here?, I may as well go put a needle in my arm) I have also heard a young lady say she would just kill herself because that's what she was going to do before she came there and with people like the girl at the front desk not offering help that she was going to leave to do just that.. I ran after the girl and convinced her everyone is not like that rude receptionist, and spent several hours of my time talking to the young suicidal woman and took her to the ER. I see a lot and hear a lot of the staffs behavior at port because I take someone I love there who doesn't drive to the drug detox and suboxone program there. I have witnessed and heard the most unprofessional behavior come from the program director( Shauna) and a therapist Nicki). The drug classes are called SAOP classes. There are rules that each participant are required to follow, however that is not how the program is conducted. Some people are thrown out for missing a few classes. While otheres( mainly male participants) miss class for months at a time, and nothing is done about it. The SAOP program is a joke. Certain individuals are selling their subutex and suboxone prescriptions for their drug of choice. It's obvious. But the program director is too lazy to check into the issue. There is currently a woman who is on adder all , and encourages others to sell her prescription to her. She is currently taking 3 different persons adderal prescriptions , but they can't notice that either? Miss adderal queen has also been out of class for weeks at a time by lying about friends and relatives deaths. But the program director is too lazy to check up on that also. And to top it all off they have a man George manifase who has raped a young girl in the program after offering to give her a ride home , but instead waved the young girls ex drug of choice in her face. She relapsed and George manifase raped her. When the young lady reported the rape to the program director, they kicked her out of the classes and from receiving her medications . This young girl is crushed that they allowed her rapist to stay in the suboxone program, and kicked her out. It was easier to get rid of this young soft spoken girl than to get rid of a rapist who is ordered to take those classes because he's on probation and in anger management. REALLY CRAZY HUH? That's just the tip of the ice berg!!!!! DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THE DRUG PROGRAM THEIR. They are liable to be raped and then punished for coming forward with the truth!!!!!!

There is only one person at the front desk, you spend more time standing in line and sitting in the waiting room than you do in your appointment. They need another person at the front desk. I don't know why they have a 2nd service window because no one is ever there.

The therapist listen to the problem and work with you for solutions. Thanks.
