Had an incredible experience in the store today. Starting on the phone, and then in the shop, the staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to help me out and I am very thankful for it. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone was extremely welcoming! I'm indecisive and the team helped me to make a decision on my wedding band and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them.
Don't even know where to begin with Brynn Marr. Fantastic service and extremely friendly. I went into this store knowing absolutely nothing about diamonds or jewelry. Lisa and Erin taught me so much and helped me choose the perfect ring for my now fiancé. Will definitely be going back for any jewelry needs and would without a doubt recommend them to anyone in the area looking for anything jewelry related.
