Very nice and friendly stuff. They always recognize my husband and I when we come in and help me with whatever we need. We have gotten all of our jewlery from here and wouldn't change a thing.
Had my hopes crushed by this store. Picked out my dream ring , they told me they could special order it in my size- went to a different location and they told me the closest size was 2 sizes too big. I would never go to this location ever again. Also very pushy.
Nothing but issues. Ring took longer to arrive than supposed to. When the ring arrived it was in the wrong size and missing the insert they said itd be done in 4 days. A week later engagement ring arrived still no insert. Proposed (she said yes) insert arrives a day later finally in the wrong size. Turns out they had sent the rings to different jewlers to get sized now they want to send them both to the same jeweler so he can do it right. I told them no. Ive grown so tired of dealing with them I have voided their insurance bought insurance through geico and found a jeweler to size the rings properly. Expect nothing from helzberg.
Went to pick up my ring and the lady that help we could barley understand. I went and asked for someone else's help and she didn't really help and the lady we could not understand was wearing my ring and wouldn't let my mother touch it and I had to have it resized. I'd get the managers help and Michelle's help.
