I love my second and third ear piecing
I went in looking for mermaid theme accessories and the girls there were super helpful! I found the perfect pearl headband and then accidentally dropped it and pearls went everywhere. Hannah, picked the pearls up and glued them back together for me! So grateful for her. Definitely friendliest and caring Claire's I've ever been to!
I went into Claire's today with my four year old daughter. We were looking for a little gift for my youngest. They had free ear piercing, today. So as soon as I walked in, I was informed of the promotion. I politely declined the first individual wearing the long red prom dress with devil horns. She called herself the "piercing queen". Then another associate, only two feet from the first, asked if my daughter had her ears pierced. I said no. Then she asked said it was free today. And I said no. Then she pushed asking "does she not want her ears pierced?" And I told her that I was going to let her decide when she was older. Then she said "oh. Do you not want them pierced?" . Afterwards I walked throughout the store. I stopped to look at some necklaces and the same pushy individual asked if I needed help. I told her no and thanked her. She continued to stand staring at me for an entire minute. She then started talking to my 4 year old. She asked me if she could have a basket. I saw no harm in that so I said ok. The girl gave my daughter a basket then , no exaggeration, took her to the OPPOSITE side of the store and started putting stuff in the basket for her. What in the ever living hell?! So I went to them to get my child, to leave. And the same chick (dark and short curly hair. Brown eyes, medium skin tone I wish I got her name)....started pushing deals at me. Even when I made it clear I just wanted the item I had. I then get to the cash register and two other girls were there. This other pushy chick came flying around the counter to check me out. Just then other people walked in and she yelled across the store "I got you! I will be right there!". One of the girls that was free of customers went to go help the people. And the pushy chick yelled that she was gonna get them. She then started fussing as she checked me out. Fussing because the other girl was doing her job. The pushy chick then asked "do you want cute little cat ears with this cat bag?" At this time I was searching for my debit card in my bag. For a moment I considered leaving because of how intolerable this girl was. But I wanted the gift for my baby's birthday. Politely as I could, but obviously annoyed, I said "I don't want to buy anything else. Thanks." One of the other girls, sensing my frustration, asked me how my day was. I replied with an unconvincing "it's ok". She then said "ready to get out of here, huh? I don't normally write reviews. But this girl has no business taking my 4 year old daughter away from me to put a whole bunch of stuff in her basket. Not cool. If I could, I would give this girl a -5. Not going back there again. She needs a lesson in common sense.
I ordered three items online from them. One item came missing a rhinestone, the other came with broken or missing backs to the earrings, and the third never came. Called to see what could be done, but only got a complicated return policy excuse and was told that refunds would come eventually. Very disappointed. Did not renew the same order.
This place it's so awesome you don't know how awesome it is like it has all kinds of girl stuff in it it's the best store for girls of ever like I want everything in it
