Unfortunately, my spouse bought a car for our 17 year old's birthday present without me being there, and bought a sour lemon! Had I known she was purchasing from that lot, I would have turned her away immediatley.

I've also had my run with Jake's business over 12 years ago which was a while different fiasco. I'm not sure how this guy is still in business, but I suggest shopping anywhere else but here...

The check engine light came on about 25 miles down the road. I had the car checked out at my mechanics shop on gumbranch and after weeks of work told me in order to have it running properly, the transmission would have to be rebuilt. Not to mention the other $1,000 worth of work that it needed. So it would take roughly $5,000 just to have it work. My mechanic also informed me that the transmission had previously been opened and not fixed. Which means that Jake knew that it was not working properly and sold a car that would not shift gears.... and then had the nerve to mention that he was selling and making no profit.
The cars are very dirty inside. The women that works there was rude and disrespectful.
