Update: the rest of the team treated me phenomenal and did an excellent job replacing recalls and gave me a very nice clean and that's why I change the number of stars
Took my 2008 Honda Civic to the service dept for an airbag replacement due to a recall, while I was there I mentioned that I was thinking about trading in my car. I was asked if I wanted someone to look at my call and give me the trade in value I said sure. A few minutes later a gentleman by the name of Ash introduce himself and took me to his office. We talked and he got my information showed me a couple of new cars and it was not long and I was signing papers for my new ride a 2017 Honda Civic. I have to say this was the BEST customer service I have every received. Ash was very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove and made sure all my questions were answered. He was never pushy about the purchase or type of car I should get. He was awesome. I can not leave the man who handle the finance paper out, Justin was amazing. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, go to Lejeune Honda first. Not only will you get to meet and work with a group of amazing and caring people you will walk (ride) out with a great deal of a nice, reliable vehicle.

Bad attitude and poor customer service skills. Pulled up to service no greeting. Park and waited to be helped inside. Tall girl rolled her eyes, and tall bald guy told the lady behind me to step forward because he's not taking me due to me being on the phone. Instead of informing me he cannot take customer's if they are on the phone. The women felt bad, I can tell. Someone else helped me. Attitude is everything, get the right attitude or employment elsewhere.
