Everyone I Interacted with was polite and professional, but I believe it is unacceptable to wait two hours for a standard oil change. Especially when the expectation was that around 45 minutes. This was the first time, since purchasing my car from Stevenson Toyota, that I have ever used their service center and sadly it will be my last.
The best experience I've ever had with buying a vehicle. My husband and I knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and weren't open to others. To Ezra that was no problem! He tracked down the vehicle that was at another dealership of theirs and brought it so we could test drive it. He was so personable and even though the process was lengthy (just like every other vehicle purchase) he made it a little more tolerable. The trade in was fast and simple. If you're looking for a place that doesn't make you dread car shopping this is the place to go!
This is the 12th car I’ve bought, all from different dealers and this is HANDS DOWN the best buying experience I’ve had. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to get you in the right car for the right price. Highly recommend to anyone.
I got to the dealership at 1:10pm. Everyone was very polite. At the 45-50 minute mark, Robert came to the lobby to discuss some other services they recommended. I appreciate their thoroughness but explained that I was just looking to get the air filter and oil changed to which he replied, “No problem. They almost done so you should be out of here soon.” It is now 3:10pm and I Was just informed that my car is ready.
I have had the unfortunate luck to visit the service department here multiple times over the past year due to issues with my car. HOWEVER, even though every time I came in I was stressed about what was going on with my car, everyone in the service department was always a pleasure to work with. One person, Chris, has been the most helpful by far and although I don't look forward to having to come in to the service department for my car, he makes it not so bad! Today, specifically, I came in at 5:15 p.m. because Auto Zone refused to test my battery because it's a Hybrid car, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes and I didn't have an appointment, Chris said he would make sure I was taken care of. He is polite, caring, understanding, straight to the point, and honest. I was always taught to be weary of being a woman and being taken advantage of but I never have any doubt that Chris is always upfront and honest and I can tell his true motivation is to help customers. I have always steered away from dealerships because they are usually more costly. But after meeting Chris last year, I will never take my car anywhere else. His superior customer service is worth a little extra money in my opinion!!
Booked an appointment for 1:15pm today to get a standard oil change. While booking my appointment I asked what the wait time would be and the woman of the phone said that they had a few open slots today so she didn’t anticipate a long turn around time; “probably no more that 45 minutes.”
Great service managers, excellent sales staff. Offers prompt courtesy shuttle. Very nice, comfortable, spacious seating/waiting area with beverages, etc. while services are being done. Some of the support staff are not as on-the-ball as the rest of the staff, and you have to either remind them of your shuttle (or other) request repeatedly, or bypass them and ask for the service manager directly to ensure your request is annotated and met in a timely fashion. (Hence the one star dock.) Overall though, an excellent dealership and service facility. Highly recommended.
