Our salesman, Steven Hall, wasn’t a typical salesman. He showed a genuine interest in our wants and needs in a vehicle not just on a professional level but a personal level that my family could appreciate and respect. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle he sold us and worked with our requests as well as he could. The loan gentleman (Steve) went out of his way to find me the best rate possible. So much so that he found me a better rate when the banks opened the next day! Brian was a good sales man and he was kind and patient , but the upper management is rude, they also shotgun your credit out to 5-7 places which is a serious hit on a credit score. Then to be told by a manager to look at something that is completely different than what we came in for. The managers were mad that we didn't want to do what they were trying to pressure us into and it ended up being 2 days lost.
Mario and Charlie were great reps who assisted me in picking the right vehicle. Marty in finances will make sure you get the best deal. All around a great facility with some good people.
