I recently had my Jeep towed to this garage for a broken shifter cable. They wanted to charge me over $600.00. After complaining to the service manager I got a 20% discount. They repaired the Jeep but it cost me over $500.00. I call several auto repair garages including a Jeep dealer in Morehead City and every one was much cheaper with no charge for a computer diagnosis. After all it was just a broken cable. They wouldn't even match their competitor who was over $150.00 cheaper. This place is a rip off with their hidden charges. I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. They acted as if they didn't care if I came back or not. But is hundreds of people take heed and not give them their business, then maybe they will care.
I was in the area researching the Dodge Journey. My salesman was very pushy and didn't want to be bothered by my window shopping family. So I went next door and bought a Honda Pilot instead.
About 3 weeks ago I bought a truck from national dodge. I was asked to bring it back the next day I had off to put new tires on it, chance the oil and replace the wiper blades. It would take about 3 hrs it took over 8. Brandon the service guy told me the truck had to go through all the checks (poor communication between sales and service). After the first rain we had I noticed the blade were torn. So while I was in Jacksonville today (I leave a hour way) I call and talked to the salesman and told him about the wiper blade issue. He checked and told me cone on in. I ask him would this be a quick fix, yes. Over an hour later I was leaving. Another communication issue. So the Rating on service 1 to 5 you get 0.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced. I call ahead and the service team was friendly and professional. Making a same day appointment, even during the holidays, was a breeze. Once I got there, again the service team was very warm and pleasant to deal with. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the staff all around absolutely positive.
This was my first time ever going to a car dealership and they gave me a wonderful experience. They helped me in every way and worked with me as well. They definitely look out for their customers. I definitely recommend recommend them to all my friends, family and especially my little sisters once they get their license. Great place, great people. My salesman was Dennis Futral.
