This is the most unprofessional and unclean place I have ever stayed. The on site manager Liz Krego is rude and hateful loud she yells and swears at guest she holds and tampers with the mail. Allows housekeeping to yell swear and tell the guest to do their job. Drinks and smokes pot in front of guest. She makes guest do work and does not pay them. Takes advantage of the elderly and by jacking their prices up. She picks and choose who pays what amount each week. She takes company property and gives it away and allows Millie the housekeeper to take it home the. Tells guest they can't have a roll of toilet paper. It is a never ending list. I truly hope no one else has to go through or see the things we have. I strongly recommend everyone to find somewhere else to stay that will treat you with respect and do their job the way it is supposed to be done.
Most of the bad reviews given by people on here , I know for a fact are people whom stayed there and created there own negative experiences because they where simply trouble to begin with and if they had any issues , they could have simply informed the staff or manager ,a lot of the problems could have been avoided . We do not live in a perfect world and trying to keep everyone's needs met eqaully is almost impossible especially in the hotel industry where meeting peoples needs are required ,so with that being said please understand that sometimes we may have to take a bit of the bad with the good and excepting the lesser of two evils . Plus it sounds a little like these more negative reviews have some very personal overtones . Just my two cents! Thank you for your consideration .
Manager is a b**** will come out scream and holler at you treat you like a child. they don't clean the rooms. charge different prices for different people. housekeeper steal from you.
Liz Was The Perfect Host!.. Her Staff Was Friendly and helpful.. Crystal took great pride in the service and cleanliness of each room... I Rested Comfortable for 2wks with not one concern... THANKS GUYS!!
I am reading the reviews and wondering!!! Do those people even stay in this hotel!!?? This hotel is absolutely disgusting and dirty, not to mention it smells like cigarette smoke!! The floors were sticky! The kitchen cupboards had filth on them! The bathtub and a dirt ring ALL THE WAY AROUND IT!!The carpet is stained! The furniture is stained! MOLD is everywhere!!! The manager is so rood. If you ask do not go to your room , they go anyway, when you are out! They have 1000 excuses just to open your room and God knows what they are doing there!! !!!! Your things can not be safe! The manager is arguing with you all the time!! Horrible experience! This is a ghetto!!Who wrote those reviews? Employes? Filters for AC have been never changed, they just clean it with the broom and washed with the bleach!!!! it costs pennies! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, spend a little more money and stay at one the MANY hotels in the area!!!!
