Rooms are nice, clean and plenty large. really nice back patio with gas outdoor fire pit and corn hole. The only negative os breakfast could have been a little better.
Very disappointed with the service! On the phone I was told that I would be able to check in early. During my drive down, I called MainStay Suites and I told them I would arrive 2 hours later than expected ( arrived at 3am) and when I got there I was charged for another night(the night before) I was never notified of this charge and was glad I brought extra money to pay for the extra night. Good location tho!
The room temp was nice and cool and the entire layout was perfect.
Best deal I found on a Pet friendly suite in Jacksonville, NC. Then I was offered an even lower price, when she put her manager on the phone, because I said I still had a few other places to call! The customer service was excellent from reservation until check out. The room looked newly renovated. Clean and smelled fresh for a pet room. The size worked great for my family of 4 and our dog. I would definitely recommend the suite room. My only complaint would be the mattress and pillows could have been better.
Our room was clean and the people were nice, so I would gladly give it 5 stars if it weren't for the noise. I think this place caters to the contractors and people staying long term and was not the best choice for us as we were only staying 2 nights.
The room was very nice and clean. I loved how modern and new the bathroom looked. The shower was amazing.
Not a bad choice if you're looking for a room in Jacksonville. My main complaint was the noisy people above and on either side of us. I don't know if the walls are thin or these people are extra loud, but we listened to people arguing until 3:52am, and yes I was awake to know exactly when it stopped. The people above walked back and forth, back and forth, like they were unpacking a suitcase one item at a time and the dresser was on the other end of the room!
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Lots of new friendly faces. I was very pleased with the effort the staff put in to accommodate my needs.
