I have lived in a house that Active Duty represents the owner for over 2 years now. They are fantastic in dealing with them on any issue. Whether if is a problem, question, or just and inquiry. All personnel are informed, knowledgeable and most helpful. You can on line or in person. Submit maintenance request on line and it takes just a minimal time and they respond with the action they have taken.

The staff have been phenomenal in assisting all our tenants needs/repairs in a timely manner.Our home has NOT set vacant. We have a home we rent through Active Duty Real Estate. We tried several other companies who did not seem to really care about our house or tenants- especially when it came to maintenance and repair issues. We love this company because they truly care about our house and our tenants. When repairs are needed, they take time to send someone to check it out and give us a quote for what it will take to fix it. They communicate very well and ensure we know what's happening, when it happens, and why.
Over the years, I have used Active Duty Real Estate two times and both times Victoria has gone above and beyond to find a house for me, our family as well as our four legged critters. Did I mention she is the only realtor that I was able to find in this entire city that accepts both Pit bulls and cats!?! She took the time to get to know me and listened to my needs, then worked tirelessly to get me situated as soon as possible.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this company. Ryan was very helpful in getting our lease processed in a timely manner. The house was what he promised as we moved in without seeing it first. We only had one maintenence problem and it was taken care of immediately. Our close out process is in progress and it has been a very professional process. If we had not needed a larger house we would have renewed our lease. I would recommend this company.
