Never really had an issue with this company and I've been renting through them for 3.5 years. The older gentleman that comes out to repair your issues, is the most nicest guy. I don't know why anyone would complain about him? He's always been polite in our home, and on point with fixing issues that are out of our control. Granted, it does take a while, but what do you expect when you have a thousand orders in one week to do? So, no, I don't mind waiting if needed be. The only downsides that I've dealt with from this company was the ladies from the office continuously calling me if I was late. I completely understand as to why, but when you had to deal with a serious emergency with a sick child, even if you report it to them, they don't stop calling. That's rude. If I give you a date that I will be there to pay, don't call me in between the times I said I would be there. I do miss the old staff they had...the new ones don't seem to have it together at times. Other than that, I really don't have anything else to say...I've enjoyed my stay with their company.

So we bought are house last year with Krystal McKay(Howard), I am extremely disappointed in our purchase. They have failed us with making sure things were fixed properly before we finalized the house. They lack effort to ensure the inspections and contractors are doing things the right way. She was aware my husband was leaving that weekend and we were in a hurry, however, she took advantage of that. She was more interested in looking our for herself. A year into our house and our entire roof is wood rotted, shingles were put on upside down, and the left all of the cardboard boxes in the attic (obvious fire hazard). I reached out to find information on the contractors seeing how all of this somehow passsd the home inspection when it shouldn’t have and Krystal has continued to ignore our complaints.
I don't never really review unless I have a good review to give however I would like to WARN people about some of the staff here. The number one thing that I had an issue with was the LIES they told Just to try to get a house sold...and the way I was made to feel like I was wrong in requesting things when I was the BUYER!!!! Come to find out the mother was my agent and her daughter was the buyers which is all fine but when they both got rude because I had questions on some of the repairs and treated me like I was wrong in questioning when it was MY MONEY buying the house not the sellers! It was clear they were both trying to push the house to get it off the market which benefited mother and daughter but to get rude and LIE about unnecessary things over and over was just unprofessional and common. In the end I am satisfied with our purchase even though not so much the service we received from the realtors. A person should never be made to feel like they are in the wrong when they are making a large purchase and have concerns about things that don't seem right or because the deal does not get closed on the exact date that the realtors want so they get angry. The lies are the thing that bothered me most no integrity at all from the realtors I dealt with. And in the end I was promised a gift card and when I asked about it I didn't get a reply just an ignored text message. So just another lie to add to the several others I was told. I am sure there are some good people here at Coldwell however; my experience with the mother daughter duo was not so good. Just BEAWARE!
DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
They only use one person for all their AC repairs. This company does not have parts their. They have to order the parts. Which takes a week for every single part. It's awful for when they don't know exactly what is wrong.
DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
AC STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
