DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION TO BUY, SELL, OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are crooks!! They take your money and pull your credit without accepting you as a tenant and then won't give you your money back!! They have given me the run around and when I asked for my money back, they told me it was credited to my credit card account and was NOT!! They had already rented the property without telling me and took my money anyway!! CROOKS!! They can't send me a receipt either when I asked them to, AND they are not refunding the full amount!! The property was already rented!!!
These people will take you for everything you're worth given the chance. Take pictures of absolutely everything and get anything they say in writing because if not they will charge you absurdly for items that you already noted as being issues. They do not stay true to their word and are only in it for the money. Whether damage existed before you rent from them or not they WILL blame you for it. Would never recommend renting from them!
We rented an apartment for the year and less than half the time there have been strange cases where the doors would open on their own from time to time and hear noises from the other room when no one is there. I'm not big on the supernatural, but it's as if there's something going on. They said the people here weren't here very long with no explanation.
Not everything is perfect, but it could be a lot less crummy. Cause if someone gets killed because they can't do anything about a lock (or if someone that has died here and supernatural junk happens) it might be looked at negatively.
I have been renting from Realty World for almost 4 years now. They have always been kind, friendly, and understanding. They made all their inspections on time and the guy who does them is also friendly. This company has been good to me. I would rent from them again and also recommend them.
There's supposedly not the best area so there's a jigling of the door about 6 times a month. And requesting a new key, we have to pay for it out of pocket for a locksmith.
I get it, they have other areas to worry about, but if they treat those places the same at this place, I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
It is affordable, and the only utility to pay is electricity.
