Should honestly leave zero stars but I can't. We leased a property from them and the home owners constantly wanted to stop by and asked the neighbors if they seen us doing anything that was against the lease. Never repaired anything we reported. In the end they took over a grand from the security deposit from repairs that weren't needed because we provided receipts from us hiring professionals to have stuff done and also charged us for a repair that we noted in our move in inspection. Overall the office and the homeowners are absolutely horrible and are only out to steal your money.

Before moving into the property, I wasn’t disclosed certain information about the neighborhood and had my place broken into. The agent said it was a nice area, yet the insurance claims agent filled us in on the fact that property has been broken into previously
I was very disappointed by the level of professionalism and courtesy I received when working with different agents with this company. I initially emailed with Michael Banks who took weeks to finally get back to me with the information requested. After confirming with him that renting would be the better option, he did provide me with contact information for a property manager (Kim). Ultimately, I decided to go with a different company that charges less fees, and Michael took it upon himself to treat me so unprofessionally in his responses to me. Appalled is an understatement. Do not do business with this company as the people they hire have trouble being respectful of the decisions made by the with whom they come into contact.
