Sometimes a house isn’t just a house. Sometimes a house is the place that “grew you” into the people you are. Our Childhood home, was that place and you don’t simply sell a part of your history easily. In fact, we doubt anyone has ever sold a “family home” because of happy circumstances, and we were no exception. Curtis Riley was very professional and proficient in helping us sell our home in a tough market. His attention to detail and their use of a professional photographer really helped our home sell quickly and at the best price. Our neighbor had been trying to sell their home with another realtor/company for 6 months and decided to switch to Curtis after ours sold so quickly; once they made that switch and new pictures were taken of their home, their house went under contract within a week!
