GREAT experience with this office. The ENTIRE staff was AWESOME from the front desk to the chair. Dr. Kirkwood and Chelsea are the only names I remember, but they ALL were great. Thanks.

I have never been to an office that was so welcoming, polite, and just all around had excellent customer service. I had a great experience at ECOMS. I personally seen Dr. Armstrong. I was referred to this oral surgeon by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I called that morning and they got me in for a consultation that afternoon. The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful... I asked all the questions I had and every one of them got answered. Dr. Armstrong said that I had an infected wisdom tooth (which I knew I was in a lot of pain lol just didnt know why) and he was able to sqeeze me in to get all my wisdom teeth removed the next morning! (This was just yesterday lol) I feel GREAT! I have hardly any pain, the bleeding stopped yesterday and I am completely satisfied with everything. I will definitely be reccommending this oral surgeon to anyone I know that needs their services!
I broke a molar during another medical procedure. I'm in pretty significant pain. I went to another dentist for an exam and xray, who referred me here and told me they'd be able to get me in this week. When I called they said they soonest I can get in would be about 3 weeks from not (Sept 7) and that's just the consult, then the procedure would be another 1 to 2 week after. I asked about cost, what happens of the pain becomes unbearable, or if there are concerns for infection etc. No one seems to know. I'm paying full price out of pocket for all of these services and thus far, am not impressed with either location. I can't imagine this kind of pain for up to a whole month from now, and got the feeling of very little compassion thus far.
I had to have what was left of all my top teeth surgically removed. They were able to put me under and complete this task in one visit. I was treated with respect and want judged about my situation. The staff and doctors answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I now don't taste blood everyday, I can eat real food again with my top plate and can smile broadly and not be ashamed of it. Thank you all so very much for helping regain some of my health.
