Was waking up tired, having headaches so I asked my doctor about getting a sleep study. I was referred here. The people were kind and answered all my questions. Turns out I did have pretty severe sleep apnea. I went back for a second night to try equipment and get my sleep settings. It was a difficult night as I couldn’t get comfortable with the first mask. The technician kept working with me and eventually got me a different style mask and like magic, I was sleeping! I felt the staff cared about what they were doing and realized the importance of this care for patients with sleep apnea. I had my study done in July 2017 and have to say the follow up care has been great! They are still working with me, helping me make adjustments as needed to assure I continue to use my CPap equipment. Can not recommend highly enough!
Never even saw a doctor and what's worse....your insurance company is literally charged $11,000. The staff that was there are very nice, but the accommodations were less that desirable! I would consider going somewhere else if it were available.
They were very polite and explained everything thoroughly. The facilities were clean and we'll taken care of. Rooms were comfortable and private. Overall a great experience.
Friendly staff, very clean facility and they were able to accommodate my very busy schedule. My physician called to discuss my results the day after my sleep study. I was impressed how quickly the results were relayed to my physician. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Excellent customer service! Was able to get scheduled pretty quickly. I had my sleep study on a Sunday night, and Monday afternoon my physician called me with the results. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
