I've had surgery here once for varicose veins and it went so good! the doctor and nurses were really informative on the procedure. and will be returning for my second vein surgery soon!!!
One of my worst encounters with a medical "professional". Dr. Patselas ignored my attempt to shake his hand twice upon meeting him, ignored my medical notes/history, wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him, didn't properly evaluate me, and was ready to send me on my way with some generic directions that didn't address the reason for my visit to begin with. However, thank you to the nurse who took the time to try and comfort a 9 months pregnant patient in tears on my way out the door.
Excellent experience! Every staff member I came into contact with was very professional, very friendly, helpful. No attitude from anyone. It was an extreme pleasure to be dealt with as a patient. Very impressed.
