Irina Stocker is the absolute greatest agent! She was always helpful with answering whatever questions my fiance or I had about the homebuying process. Unfortunately, due to terrible circumstances, we had to stop looking for houses, but the whole time that she was our agent, she always made herself available. She was even very helpful to my fiance who was very ill at the time, by handling an issue outside of Century 21 with a matter that involved his previous landlord. She took the time to personally contact the former realty company and have a talk to help straighten things out. Just can't thank her enough.
If you are looking to sell your home, do your due diligence in locating the right realtor. Double check your paperwork before signing anything. We had almost no communication with our realtor from this office, the only reason I say almost is because we had to call and find out what was going on. As a business owner, customer satisfaction speaks volumes for the service you deliver which is why I gave Century 21 one star.

I BOUGHT A HOUSE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. THE HOUSE LOOKED NICE, THERE WAS A FEW ISSUES THAT I TALKED TO THE SELLER ABOUT AND ONLY ONE WAS FIXED. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT. EVERY TIME IT RAINS MY BACKYARD GETS FLOODED FOR WEEKS. MY ROOF, LETS JUST SAY THAT MAYBE, AND THAT'S A STRONG MAYBE, THEY PATCHED IT. I HAVE LEAKES ALL OVER MY HOUSE NOW I GOT THE ROOF LOOKED AT AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF 3K+ WORTH OUT OF MY POCKET. NOT TO MENTION THAT MY HOUSE ELEVTRIC WORK WAS COMPLETLY HORRIBLE TO THE POINT THAT MY HOUSE ALMOST BURNT DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS GROUNDED WRONG. I HAD A FLOODED KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREA WHEN THAT HAPPENED. NOT I HAVE A BIG BLACK SPOT ON MY ROOF AND THE CEILING IS COMING OFF, NOT TO MENTION THAT NOW I HAVE MOLD AROUND MY MASTER BEDROOM AND THE BATHROOM. I CALLED THE AGENT THAT HELPED US CLOSE THE SALE AND HE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP ME AND MY WIFE AT ALL, WE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING CRAZY LIKE THE PROPERTY BEING FENCED, OR REPAINTED OR THE CARPET REMODELED. ALL WE WANTED WAS A NICE LIVING AREA, NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A HOUSE THAT ONLY GIVES US PROBLEMS. I ALREADY SPENT OVER 4000 DOLLARS JUST FIXIN THE HOUSE NOT TO MENTION THE ROOF, MY HOUSE CLEANED AFTER THE DAMAGE CREATED BY THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. WE DIDNT EVEN GET A COURTESY CALL FROM THE COMPANY TO HELP WITH THE ISSUES.
